Athlete’s lounge
The athlete’s lounge will be located in the Lanzarote Marathon headquarters. Complementary coffee and tea will be available.

Pasta Party - Friday, November 28th, 18.00 - 21.30.
The Pasta Party in Restaurant Atlántico at Club La Santa will keep runners energized and ready for the big day. Participants are invited and relatives and friends are welcome to join for a small fee at the entrance.

Transportation between Club La Santa and Arrecife
Transportation between Club La Santa and Arrecife for the race will be available. However, ALL ATHLETES MUST BOOK transportation the day before departure in the Information Centre. Transportation for athletes is free, relatives and friends will have to pay for the transport.

Deposit of warming up bags
All runners can deposit warming up bags in the Lanzarote Marathon start and finish area. All bags must be labelled with race number. The label with the race number will be inside the race envelope.

Timing NO CHIP, NO TIME!
The ChampionChip is selected as official timing system and mandatory for all competitors to wear; it must be attached to their shoe lace and must be worn throughout the race. However official time for the first 10 runners crossing the line will be the gun time. The ChampionChip can be rented at the time of registration for a deposit of 25 € which is refundable after the race. If any athlete wishes to use his/her own ChampionChip it is essential he/she brings it with him/her when registering.

Race numbers
The race numbers must at all times be worn clearly and visibly, on the front of the running vest. Participants are not permitted to fold, cut or in any other way change the look of the number. All runners must wear a singlet.

Toilets and showers
Toilets and showers are available in the start and finish area.

Doping control
The Spanish Athletic Federation is responsible for the doping control.

Medical service
A medical assistance will be available and accessible to competitors during the race. The race doctor will be at the start/finish line and Red Cross will ensure first aid facilities on the race course.

If you will need assistance during the race please go to the nearest aid station which will be in contact with the start/finish area.
